3 Lat Pulldown Grips — Know the Difference
Understanding your grip helps you get more from back workouts. Close grip: strong range of motion, emphasis on the lats — builds the lower-lat development behind a defined V-taper. Medium (shoulder-width) grip: balanced elbow path involving lats, teres major and upper/mid-back — the all-rounder. Wide grip: biases the upper and outer back.
