Restore Mouldy Thrifted Sneakers (Travis Scott 1 Low)
A full restoration pass on a thrifted pair — mould assessment through sole treatment to the reveal. Different materials get different brushes; gloves throughout because mould isn't a joke.
Steps

Assess the damage — check uppers, midsole and insoles for mould before touching anything, gloves on.

Dry brush the uppers, matching the brush to the material (suede and leather take different bristles).

Work foam cleaner up the midsole and scrub it clean.

Spray-treat and scrub the outsoles.
- 5
Apply a sole-restoring solution to bring back the color.
- 6
Wrap the soles in cling film and let the solution work.
- 7
Unwrap, wipe down, and let them dry fully.
