This is perfect for when you are rushing in the morning or evening for people fasting during Ramadan!

- Banana
- Blueberries
- Protein Granola
- Greek Yogurt
- Peanut Butter
- Protein Powder
- Skimmed Milk
Steps
- 1Add 80g of bananas
- 2Add 80g of blueberries
- 3Add 25g of protein granola
- 4Add 50g of Greek yogurt
- 5Add 20g of peanut butter
- 6Add 1 scoop of protein powder
- 7Add 200mL of skimmed milk
- 8Blend and enjoy!
