Tie a Tie (Beginner Method)

Steps

1. 1

   Drape the tie around the collar with the wide end hanging longer on your right.

   Cross the wide end over the narrow end.

3. 3

   Bring the wide end under the narrow end and across.

4. 4

   Pass the wide end up through the neck loop from underneath.

5. 5

   Feed it down through the front loop you just formed.

6. 6

   Hold the narrow end and draw the knot down to tighten.

7. 7

   Slide the knot up to the collar and straighten.
