Ingredients
- 500 g chicken mince (keema)
- 1 medium onion + ½ capsicum + 3–4 garlic cloves, finely chopped and squeezed of excess water
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1–2 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp lightly crushed coriander seeds
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garam masala
Steps
- 1In a bowl, combine the chicken mince, squeezed onion-capsicum-garlic mixture, green chilies, fresh coriander, oil, and all the spices.
- 2Mix everything well until evenly combined.
- 3Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly.
- 4Using a spatula, make large cuts across the mixture to create kebab portions, then gently press light ridges on top so they resemble classic seekh kebabs.
- 5Air fry at 180°C for 12–15 minutes, flipping the portions halfway so they colour evenly on both sides.
- 6Serve hot with mint chutney, onion rings, naan, or rice.
