   Work on guideline paper with a broad-edge calligraphy pen held at a consistent angle.

   Draw the capital K in blackletter strokes.

   Add the coloured swash that sweeps out from under the K.

   Add the lowercase i.

   Add the n.

   Add the d.

   Add the second n.

   Add the e.

   Add the first s.

    Add the final s, finishing with its tail.

    Add the small red accent marks over the letters to finish.
